The White Horse Inn is now serving lunchtime sandwiches Tuesday to Saturday and evening meals Wednesday to Saturday!

Our opening hours are:

Tuesday - Saturday

12pm - 2pm (lunchtime sandwiches)

6pm - 11pm (evening meals 6-9pm)

Sunday:

12pm - 7pm

A bit of background about how we've come to own the White Horse:

Many people in Seagrave have heard of MRTC, the racing communications company that was established in the village over 20 years ago. Recognising Seagrave's need for a new investor to take on the challenge of its struggling pub, MRTC have recruited Gemma Rumbold, and her partner, Ben Hammond, for the role. 'Seagrave has always been a village that thrives on its strong sense of community and now, through the White Horse, we're relishing the opportunity to give something back to a village that has already given us so much.'

Before opening in late September, we were hard at work renovating the pub and restoring it to its former glory. Seagrave is a stunning village, and with the White Horse situated alongside the beautiful All Saints' Church, we couldn't ask for a better place to start this new venture.

Whilst renovating we relied heavily on our most valuable resource: the village. Thoughts and ideas of how to make the pub a great success when it opened were gathered and helped us a great deal when deciding on everything, from the range of drinks to stock to sandwich fillings when we start our first food offering. Since community is at the heart of any pub, we'd like to find out what the people of Seagrave would like to see at the White Horse.
